IUCA Participates in FIGAN 2025, the International Fair for Animal Production, Together with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine

(Zaragoza, Tuesday, March 25, 2025). The Zaragoza Trade Fair is hosting the 17th edition of FIGAN, the International Fair for Animal Production, from March 25 to 28, a key event for the livestock sector in southern Europe. FIGAN has become a leading reference thanks to its focus on innovation and technology. This year, the event features 1,121 exhibiting brands, including a strong international presence from 25 countries.

Once again, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine is participating in the fair with a stand staffed by members of various departments and services of the Center. The stand offers a wide range of information and new developments related to livestock production, animal health, veterinary clinical practice, and food science and technology.

For the first time, the IUCA (University Institute for Environmental Sciences of Aragon) is joining the stand, together with the AgriFood Institute of Aragon (IA2), as one of the research institutes based at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. Also participating in the fair are the University of Zaragoza’s institutional chairs related to animal production.
