(Zaragoza, May 16, 2022) The Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Zaragoza, Antonio Embid Irujo, was appointed doctor honoris causa by the Catholic University of Santiago del Estero on April 20. At the investiture ceremony, he gave the conference “Legislate and act on climate change”, in which he stressed the uncertainties posed by the fight against climate change.
